Project Overview
Civil & Interior Co executed a full-scale turnkey hospital fit-out for Dr Agarwal Eye Hospital in Kolkata, transforming a bare-shell commercial space into a fully operational healthcare facility within 90 days.
All interior, MEP coordination, and furniture works were delivered by our team, excluding the Operation Theatre scope.
The project involved close collaboration with a Sri Lankan architectural team, for whom we developed detailed shop drawings, technical coordination drawings, and execution support to ensure seamless on-site implementation in India.
A major structural highlight included constructing a column-free mezzanine floor supported by 500mm I-beams, executed in coordination with structural consultants while maintaining compliance and load integrity.
